Return/ Exchanges Timeframe
Returns must be lodged within 14 days of order placement or they will not be accepted within our return portal. We recommend ordering your new size/style as soon as you can, to secure the piece and avoid disappointment as our pieces often sell out. In case if the item/s you require to exchange sold out, you can change another item/s with same price or higher, or wait for the item/s that fit for you available again. No responsibility any cases the item/s doesn’t bought from us directly, offline store and/or our third party.
Brand New Condition
All items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene sticker and hang tags in place. Due to health regulations garments that are soiled, marked, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
We are happy to offer Free Express Shipping on all orders, but we do not cover the cost of return postage. If you decide to return your order, you will be required to pay up to express cost shipping back to.
In case the collection is limited and for this reason we cannot guarantee sizes or styles will be available when using your store credit to exchange.
Customs and Duties Charges
Prime does not cover customs duties or charges, which may apply depending on your country.
All of our styles are handmade with care and are inspected before being shipped to ensure the highest quality garments are being sent to you. In the unlikely event that swimwear is faulty, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a full refund.
Please follow the care instructions on the label to prolong the life of your garment as we cannot fix colour fading, burring or pulling, lack of elasticity, fabric deterioration, colour running or any other symptoms of normal wear and tear.
